| Complaints |
| If you have any complaints, please do not hesitate
to contact us by

| All complaints will remain confidential and will be
acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a
solution with you within 7 working days and will keep you informed
of all material stages in the process. All complaints will be logged
so that we can monitor them for internal usage only. |
| Refunds |
| Faulty goods will be fully refunded; we will pay
the return postage. |
| Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days
after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded,
so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left us
in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for
return is due to a mistake by ourselves. |
