| Our Guarantee If your card is used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer will only hold you liable for the first £50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank or card issuer does hold you liable for any of the first £50, Vitalia Health will cover the entire liability up to the full £50. We will only do this if the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Vitalia Health while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorised use of your debit or credit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. |
